WEEE Collections Form

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to quote for your collection of waste electrical equipment. In order for us to provide an accurate quote, please can you supply a brief response to each of the points below. We will then use this information to find the most competitive quote we can for you.

Our WEEE recycling & collection service is fully compliant under the WEEE Regulations (2013) and all relevant duty of care paperwork will be provided and checked.

We can collect all categories of WEEE including hazardous equipment and can combine our WEEE collections with collections of other waste and materials such as batteries, cardboard etc. We can also provide a wide range of containers and carry out exchanges at a frequency to suit you.

Wherever possible, please ensure that items are gathered together prior to the collection, or that someone on site is aware of the location of the items to be collected. *Please ensure that the items are stored in a dry location*

The type and quantity of items and if they are whole items or components - please provide photos (attach below) if possible. Please state here whether the load contains hazardous items (eg. fridge).

Are you registered with the Environment Agency as an obligated producer of WEEE under the WEEE regulations?

 

Are you the obligated producer of these products or it is internal waste?

 

Are the items B2C or B2B or a mixture (if a mixture – how can they be distinguished?)

How the items are prepared e.g. palletised, loose, boxed (please note, hazardous WEEE should be stored separately to non-hazardous WEEE).

Are there any specific requirements for the collection - eg. Fork lift required, lorry with tail lift required, collection date required, limited site access?

Are there any dates/times that need to be avoided for the collection?

Yes, I am happy for the items to be reused (all sensitive data will be destroyed). Please note, as a producer of waste you are obliged to apply the waste hierarchy. Please select 'No' if you are not happy for items to be reused.
